SHIPPING
DELIVERY TIMELINE
Once ordered, it usually takes only 5-7 business days (aluminum 10 days) to handcraft most of our products. All products are shipped immediately via UPS ground service or common carrier (depending on its size). UPS delivers most blinds within 6 days of shipment.
Please Note - Some "special order" colors may require up to an additional week for delivery.
SHIPPING COSTS
All UPS shipments are sent freight pre-paid unless product requires additional handling. UPS Freight charges will apply as follows: Blinds/Shades up to 60” wide; add $3.00/piece. Blinds/Shades 61”- 84” wide; add $5.00/piece. Blinds/Shades over 84” wide will ship via common carrier; add $75.00. All Arches/Eyebrows will ship via common carrier; add $75.00. Bulk orders and all vertical blinds will ship via common carrier; add Actual Freight.
SHIPPING LIMITATIONS
We do not ship to overseas addresses, PO, APO, or FPO boxes, For addresses in Alaska or Hawaii, please call for shipping charges.
