DELIVERY TIMELINE
Once ordered, it usually takes only 5-7 business days (Aluminum Blinds 10 days) to handcraft most of our products. All products are shipped immediately via FedEx ground service or common carrier (depending on its size). FedEx delivers most blinds within 4 days of shipment.

Please Note - Some "special order" colors may require an additional time for production.

SHIPPING COSTS
All FedEx shipments are sent freight pre-paid. FedEx small package charges will apply as follows:

• FedEx minimum charge of $10.00 ( 1 blind minimum charge = $10)
• Blinds/Shades up to 60” wide; add $7/ piece.
• Blinds/Shades 61”- 84” wide; add $10/piece.
• Blinds/Shades over 84” wide, Bulk orders, Vertical Blinds, including all Arches and Eyebrows will ship via common carrier and will be charged at actual freight cost.
  

LOCAL MARKET DELIVERIES
For the following areas; Dallas-Fort Worth, San Antonio, Houston, Oklahoma City, and Tulsa,.

For Dallas-Fort Worth area, there will be a charge of $1.00 per blind with a minimum charge of $5.00 and a maximum charge of $30.00 per delivery. (Effective Feb. 1, 2012)

For San Antonio, Houston, Oklahoma City and Tulsa, there will be a charge of $1.00 per blind with a minimum charge of $10.00 and a maximum charge of $50.00 per delivery. (Effective Feb. 1, 2012)

     *       Palletized orders will have a minimum charge of $25.00 per pallet. (For multiple pallitized orders, please call
              for quote)
     **     Customers who pick up orders at our San Antonio, Houston, Oklahoma City or Tulsa locations will be
              charged $10.00 per Royal Windows delivery schedule.

SHIPPING LIMITATIONS
We do not ship to overseas addresses, PO, APO, or FPO boxes, For addresses in Alaska, Hawaii or Canada, please call for quote.
